- 2 oz vodka – infused with rokz Cranberry Infusion
- 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur such as St Germain
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 slices of lemon
- 5 drops Peychaud’s Bitters
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- Garnish: rokz Citrus Petals sugar rim, lemon, thyme
How to make it:
Infuse your favorite vodka with rokz Cranberry Infusion kit (ideal infusing time – 4 days).
Put one lemon slice and one sprig of thyme into a cocktail shaker and muddle slightly.
Add the cranberry infused vodka, St Germain, lemon juice, bitters along with a couple of cubes of ice and shake well (for about 20 seconds).
Wet the rim of a 6 oz glass with the remaining lemon slice and dip the edge into rokz Citrus Petal Sugar.
Fill 1/3 way with ice and strain the mixture into the glass.
