Backyard get-togethers, picnics and grilling on the patio are synonymous with summertime. While most of our experiments here at rokz are on the beverage side of things, we have found some great ways to use our salts to add flair to your grilling recipes and sides.
Bloody Mary BBQ Chicken
4 chicken thighs
Pat chicken dry and sprinkle 1 Tbls rokz Bloody Mary Infused salt on chicken.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Cook on BBQ until 165 degrees regularly turning and brushy Bloody Mary sauce over it.
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp rokz Bloody Mary Salt
1 Tbsp Vodka
Delicious served with a green chop salad with extra Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing on the side for dipping.
Spiced up Deviled Eggs
Just add a pinch of rokz Bloody Mary Salt to top them in style.
Spicy Grilled Corn
Rub ears with butter and sprinkle with rokz Citrus Jalapeno or Bloody Mary Salt for a pop of flavor.
